They are raising awareness for testicular cancer as part of the campain #feelingnuts and you don't have to be a celebrity to do it.

It's kinda of like the ~new~ ice bucket challenge. Hugh nominated Neil Patrick Harris, Michael Strahan and Ricky Gervais.
