The baby will be called Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, and formally known as Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have announced their newborn daughter is to be called Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.

The princess – who will be known as Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge – is fourth in line to the throne, after her grandfather Prince Charles, her father Prince William and her brother Prince George.
The "Elizabeth" and "Diana" are being viewed as paying tribute to the Queen and to the princess's late grandmother, the Princess of Wales, although Elizabeth is also the middle name of the duchess's mother Carole.
"Charlotte" is a name with connections to both sides of the family: it is the female form of Charles, the baby's grandfather, and the middle name of the duchess's sister Pippa.
